I enjoyed the story because it was very interestingto learn and experience life in old New York.The story starts out, probably in the present time, when Fred, whohad now been living in New York for a great deal of time, goes into hisfriend Joe Bells immobilize for a drink. There he learns the his long time friend,Holly Golightly, is still alive by the use of a photograph from an explorerwhich shows a wood sculpture made by a tribesman which bears theuncanny resemblance to Holly. After this encounter, Fred begins toreminisce about his past with Holly and all of their wild adventures. Freds first meeting with Holly was through and through his apartment window.Holly Goli ghtly is a nineteen year-old self-sufficient woman. Some of herpersonality traits are admirable, affectionate, while cold hearted. She ismotivated in life by striving for her point in life, which is to be rich andfamous while keeping her ego.
